Work have started in September 2017 to complete Masada phase 3 project. Project reception is due July 2019. Here is a pic of the development as of 14th March 2019.
The project have been slightly reviewed to set up a building of 3,500 sqm rentable space out of 4 and a half levels serviced by 2 elevators for up to 9 persons each and adequate parking spaces.
The total surface for each floor is 550 sqm that can be divided in 10 units of 50 sqm each thanks to outdoor corridors.
Representing half the size of Relais International Business Center, Phase 3 will finalize the development of our plot in Asokoro and will harmoniously fit in the environment. Destination of the building is offices and residential as an extension of RIBC operations.

Masada phase 2, Relais International Business Center (More about this facility here) is a five story, +/- 2,400 sq. meters office complex at the heart of Asokoro, completed first semester 2016, this building is “plug & play”, fully equipped including AC, Elevators, 500KVA genset, borehole, Cable for Internet, Telephone, CCTV & DSTV networks.
